Automation Architect

About the Role 

We are looking for a strategic, highly skilled Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across the enterprise. This role defines automation roadmaps, best practices, and high-level solution architectures. 

Responsibilities 

• Own the end-to-end architecture for automation initiatives 
• Design enterprise-grade automation solutions and frameworks 
• Define standards, governance models, and development guidelines 
• Evaluate automation opportunities and validate feasibility 
• Align automation strategy with organizational goals 
• Architect integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) 
• Oversee platform setup, orchestration, and infrastructure design 
• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with architectural principles 
• Provide technical leadership to developers and analysts 
• Explore new automation technologies (AI-driven automation, IDP, workflow orchestration) 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 8+ years of experience in automation, software engineering, or solution architecture 
• Expertise in automation frameworks and workflow orchestration 
• Strong background in software architecture and integration design 
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or Node.js 
• Deep understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security 
• Experience writing architectural docs and diagrams 
• Strong leadership skills 

• Strong professional English communication skills (spoken and written) 

   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience establishing an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) 
• Knowledge of AI/ML automation use cases 
• Experience with Kubernetes or containerized systems 

• Understanding of compliance, IAM, and auditing
