Procurement Team Lead

We're strengthening our procurement team and seeking a Procurement Team Lead who can build our procurement function from the ground up, manage our budget, find the best technical resources, and ensure stable traffic for our developers and traffic teams.

Responsibilities

- Search and compare suppliers
- Monitor the digital/telecom/automation service market.
- Analyze suppliers based on price, stability, bandwidth, speed, and quality.
- Negotiate with service providers, email providers, proxies, scripts, and automation solutions.
- Post banners/advertisements on specialized forums and communities to expand the supplier pool.
- Manage referral programs and build an incoming partner flow.
- Maintain tables of costs, prices, limits, and resource usage.
- Monthly analytics by department and project.
- Budget forecasting and preparation of recommendations.
- Work with development teams.
- Build a supplier database.
- Set up system accounting and automation.

Requirements

- Experience in procurement, negotiations, and working with suppliers (preferably in digital/telecom/traffic).
- Understanding of niche resources: proxies, anti-detection tools, captchas, SMTP, hosting, API services.
- Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets, calculations, and analytics.
- Team management experience.
- Experience interacting with development, traffic management, and management.
- English — Intermediate/+.
