As our Account Manager, your core mission would be to deliver exceptional client outcomes, grow advertiser accounts, and provide a high-quality client experience tailored to the US market. This role focuses on building strong relationships, driving revenue through strategic upselling, and ensuring flawless execution of campaigns while contributing to operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Satisfaction
- Maintaining advertiser retention rate across assigned accounts
- Managing and resolving client issues swiftly to prevent churn and maintain trust
- Revenue Growth & Sales Impact
- Driving revenue growth across assigned accounts
- Identifying, pitching and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Tailoring proposals and communication to the expectations and business culture of US-based clients
- Communication & US Market Expertise
- Acting as a strategic partner to clients, providing market-relevant insights specific to the US advertising landscape
- Leading monthly or quarterly business reviews with clients, presenting performance results and growth recommendations
- Campaign Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Managing campaign setup, QA, and optimization with close attention to detail
- Contributing to improving AM workflows (reporting templates, onboarding steps, QA checklists)
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Working closely with Product and Support to ensure seamless execution
- Escalating product issues clearly and constructively with detailed documentation
- Sharing learnings from accounts to influence internal process improvements
- Reporting & Accuracy
- Maintaining accuracy across campaign trackers, ClickUp tasks, and internal notes
- Delivering weekly performance summaries to clients with meaningful insights, not just data
- 2+ years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
- Experience working directly with US-based clients, preferably in performance marketing or digital advertising - with an understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonality patterns and digital advertising trends
- Proven ability to navigate challenges calmly and diplomatically, with a strong client-first mindset and adaptability to respond quickly to evolving campaign performance, shifting priorities, and product changes
- Proficiency in identifying upsell opportunities, framing compelling value propositions, and supporting revenue growth through strategic negotiation
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles, including attribution models, optimization tactics, and key success metrics
- Able to translate campaign data into actionable insights and communicate performance clearly to clients and internal teams
- Working knowledge of marketing KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Tools knowledge (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Impact, Affise, or other CRM)
- English: B2+/C1 level with confident, fluent spoken communication
