Sales/Business Development Manager (Eastern / Northern Europe)

The Mission
We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Eastern and Northern European markets. You will be the face of CRMiUM in these regions, identifying businesses that are ready to scale but are held back by manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Drive new business revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients (mostly inbound) in the Nordic and Eastern European markets.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand a lead's business processes (BP). You must be able to listen to a client's pain points and conceptually map out how our solutions (CRM, ERP, BPM) solve them.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting (mostly inbound) and qualification to negotiation and closing—ensuring a healthy pipeline in CRM.
- Solution Presentation: Collaborate with our Business Analysts and Technical team to present tailored demos that wow prospective clients.
- Partnership Building: Develop long-term relationships. Our goal is to become a partner for years, not just a vendor for a day.
Who You Are
- The Linguist: You have B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher English. (Knowledge of a Nordic language, Polish, or German is a massive bonus).
- The Hunter-Consultant: You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or System Integration. You know how to open doors, but you also know how to sit down and solve a problem.
- The Regional Expert: You understand the business mentality in Northern and Eastern Europe. You know that selling in Stockholm is different from selling in Warsaw.
- The Tech-Minded: You don’t need to code, but you must understand the logic of CRM/ERP systems. If you have experience with Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot, you are already ahead of the pack.
- The Self-Starter: You are organized and disciplined. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to hit your targets.
