UI/UX Designer (Hourly • On-Demand)

Appricotsoft is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join us on an hourly, on-demand basis. We collaborate with startups and established companies across Europe and the US, and we’re seeking a designer who can support our product and client needs as they arise.

This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility, enjoys friendly cooperation, and is open to transitioning into a full-time position in the future.
 

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, modern, and user-friendly designs for mobile applications and websites.
• Transform ideas and requirements into clean UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Work in Figma to deliver scalable, consistent design systems.
• Prepare polished interface elements, prototypes, and assets for developers.
• Support product improvements through UX thinking, creativity, and user-centric decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs and developers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
   

Requirements

• Strong experience working with Figma (primary tool).
• Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web design principles, including layout, typography, spacing, and usability.
• Good awareness of current design trends, UI patterns, and best practices.
• Mandatory: confident use of AI tools for design and productivity:
  • Figma Make
  • ChatGPT
    (AI should be part of your daily workflow.)
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and create consistent UI.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
