PSP Business Development Manager Offline

Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or PSP is mandatory, and the candidate must have fluent English for daily communication.
Experience working with the Turkish and/or Azerbaijani payment markets is a strong plus.

The team needs a dedicated business development/payments professional with hands-on PSP experience. 

he role requires at least 2+ years experience in iGaming / FinTech / PSP and cannot be covered by existing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, evaluate, and prioritize new PSPs based on regional needs
• Analyze providers, payment flows, channels, commissions, limits
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all active and potential PSPs
• Conduct negotiations with local PSPs in Turkey and neighboring markets
• Gather commercial offers, SLAs, settlement terms, and restrictions
• Support partners during all stages: negotiations → integration → production
• Transfer provider requirements and data to technical teams
• Align timelines, integration method, release plans
• Participate in testing, QA, and acceptance of payment features
• Monitor PSP performance: approval rates, declines, stability, commissions
• Identify weaknesses in current checkout flow and propose improvements
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Provide regular reports on channel efficiency and market insights

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming, FinTech, or PSP
• Proven experience negotiating with payment providers
• Strong understanding of PSP operations, payment flows, and integrations
• Fluent English — mandatory for daily communication
• Ability to work autonomously with a structured and proactive mindset
