Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: intake meeting β sourcing β screening β interview coordination β offer;
- Create detailed job descriptions, candidate profiles, and data-driven search strategies;
- Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate seniority levels;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term talent pipelines;
- Partner closely with CTO and Tech Leads to prioritize roles and optimize hiring processes;
- Work with ATS to ensure accurate data, build reports, and track key hiring metrics;
- Maintain excellent candidate experience and support employer brand initiatives;
- Innovate sourcing approaches, perform market mapping, and analyze talent markets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency);
- Proven experience hiring software engineers: React, Node.js, DevOps, QA, Mobile, Full-stack;
- Ability to conduct technical screenings and understand modern technology stacks;
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean/X-ray search, market research;
- Experience collaborating with CTOs, Tech Leads, and cross-functional engineering teams;
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to challenge, influence decisions, and set clear expectations;
- English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to navigate complex technical roles;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven;
- Experience working with ATS systems, building structured funnels, and maintaining accurate reporting;
- Experience hiring in Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, AI/ML, or high-growth startups;
- Understanding of modern engineering practices β microservices, cloud, CI/CD, architecture fundamentals.
