Join a design team supporting an exciting, forward-thinking initiative in the ХХX world. As part of the Bid Management team, we develop high-impact presentations and documents that support opportunity tenders, client meetings, and key internal events. Our clients include leading banks and financial institutions, so our work requires a blend of modern creative design and strict adherence to corporate standards and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Elevate PowerPoint presentations: refine existing slides, enhance visual storytelling, and ensure every deck aligns with corporate brand standards.

Build clear, compelling infographics: transform complex data into graphs and visuals that tell a meaningful story and make numbers easy to understand.

Formatting Word documents according to corporate standards.

Support the team creatively: produce icons, images, certificates, and other visual materials as needed.

Skills

Must have

Strong command of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Ability to create and style Excel-based charts, choose the right chart types, and apply visual-coding principles

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Basic knowledge of HTML

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, estimate workload, and meet deadlines responsibly

Nice to have

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (UI/UX Designer)

portfolio required

Experience in print layout

Knowledge of Flourish, Datawrapper or other infographic/visualization platforms

Languages

Ukrainian: C2 Proficient,
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
