Accounts Payable

We are looking for an attentive and responsible Accounts Payable Specialist who has experience working with large volumes of financial transactions, interacting with suppliers, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data. You will join a team that ensures the smooth and efficient financial operations of the company, working with internal processes, cost control, and timely payment processing.

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience working with high-volume transactions and managing large vendors, suppliers, and enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
• Proven ability to manage vendor onboarding, invoicing, payment schedules, and collection activities.
• Experience ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements (GAAP knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in ERP type systems.
• Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting).
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain vendor and customer account records, ensuring all data is accurate and updated.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment or billing issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, payment forecasts, and audit documentation.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CAPP, CPA-track).
