Country manager

We’re looking for an experienced Country Manager to drive the growth of one of our key GEOs. You will own the market strategy end-to-end — from acquisition and retention to product localisation and partnership development. This role is ideal for someone who understands iGaming deeply, moves fast, and knows how to scale a market with high autonomy.


Key Responsibilities (Shortened & Prioritised):

  • Build and execute the market growth strategy, covering acquisition, retention, and localisation.
  • Own key performance metrics: FTDs, NGR, retention rate, ROAS, CPA/CPL.
  • Develop and scale local acquisition channels: affiliates, influencers, SEO, paid traffic.
  • Localise marketing materials and define market-specific product needs (payments, UX, promotions).
  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, BI, and Operations to optimise player journeys and resolve GEO-specific issues.
  • Manage partner relationships and represent the brand in the local market and at industry events.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming (online casino).
  • Strong understanding of local market behavior, player psychology, and payment ecosystems.
  • Background in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or CRM/product within iGaming.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and retention/performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English.
