Symphony Solutions is an international IT company delivering world-class technology solutions. Our iGaming division develops innovative digital products, including BetSymphony — a customizable sportsbook platform that offers operators full ownership and flexibility, and BetHarmony — an AI-powered conversational agent that enhances engagement and support in sportsbook and casino operations.

We are seeking a Middle Product Marketing Expert to lead go-to-market and digital marketing initiatives for these products across the US and EU markets.

 

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Expert, or similar role.
  • Experience in B2B for iGaming, IT, or SaaS.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, SEM, social media, email, PPC, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Taboola, or similar).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns in B2B or tech environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for analytics, reporting, and content generation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills — able to derive insights and translate them into marketing actions.
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with US and EU digital marketing practices and audience specifics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of sportsbook or casino platform products.
  • Certifications in Product Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite).
  • Understanding of SEO principles, marketing automation, and A/B testing.

 

Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for BetSymphony and BetHarmony.
  • Conduct market and competitor research in the iGaming and AI-technology space to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Create product positioning and messaging that clearly communicate value to B2B target audiences (operators, partners, and affiliates).
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to align marketing strategies with product features and roadmaps.
  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (web, social media, email, paid ads) to increase product awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral — product decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and white papers — ensuring alignment with brand and visual identity.
  • Support the sales team with product materials, presentations, demos, and competitive insights.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance; recommend optimizations for improved ROI.
  • Manage website content updates and coordinate with design teams on visuals, landing pages, and promotional assets.
  • Participate in product launches, webinars, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
