βοΈ About the Role:
Weβre looking for a proactive Head of Sales whoβs ready to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead the sales process from outreach to closing. Youβll be working directly with merchants, identifying their needs, and offering the most effective payment solutions in a fast-evolving fintech landscape.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Sell and promote our payment products and services across various industries
β’ Identify client needs and propose tailored payment solutions
β’ Lead product demos and client presentations, clearly communicating value and differentiation
β’ Manage the entire sales cycle β from negotiation and pricing to contract signing and client onboarding
β’ Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics
β’ Monitor market trends, risks, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
β’ Collaborate closely with the tech and product teams to ensure high-quality client support and solution delivery
βοΈ Key Qualifications:
β’ 1+ year of relevant experience in PSP / fintech / payments sales
β’ Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
β’ Solid understanding of the payments market, trends, and high-risk segments
β’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities β able to explain complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences
β’ CRM proficiency and experience preparing reports and forecasts
β’ Quick thinking, adaptability, and confidence in handling client objections
β’ English: Intermediate or higher
