We are hiring a high-level executor who can produce fast, precise and polished performance videos, based on clear direction and structured frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Edit performance ads for Meta & TikTok following briefs
• Replicate brand styles and editing frameworks
• Execute creative leads’ direction into final deliverables

• Produce multiple variations from raw footage & guidelines

   

Requirements

• Experience in high-performance paid ads (Meta/TikTok)
• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills
• Ability to work with hooks, pacing, CTAs and storytelling
• High output — 8+ video variations per week
• Excellent attention to detail
• AI-tools usage skills — a plus
