Operations Manager

About the Company:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and optimize internal processes (product, marketing, customer support, finance) with a strong B2C focus.
• Manage operational activities, including planning, deadline control, and KPI execution.
• Collaborate with development teams, marketing, and external partners.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Participate in strategic planning and implementation of company growth initiatives.
• Prepare reports for senior management and contribute to key decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry within the B2C segment as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of online gambling processes (platforms, payment systems, CRM, affiliate programs) with a B2C focus.
• Project and team management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and performance metrics.
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior management.
• English level Upper-Intermediate or above (for cooperation with international partners).
