Head of Product
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head of Product to lead our product strategy and oversee the operational execution across all iGaming brands in our portfolio. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day product operations, ensuring that features, optimizations, and improvements are delivered efficiently and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with Product Managers, VIP, Retention, CRM, BI, Design, Tech, and Affiliate teams to transform ideas into actionable product plans. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Lead the execution of all product initiatives across multiple iGaming brands while ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence
- Own day-to-day product operations including backlog prioritization, requirement preparation, stakeholder coordination, and task alignment
- Manage product discovery processes and translate insights, feature requests, and business needs into structured specifications for development teams
- Oversee the work of Product Managers and ensure consistent quality of product documentation, research, and delivery
- Collaborate with BI teams to monitor key product metrics such as conversion, retention, ARPU, and funnel performance, and identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate product dependencies and cross-functional projects involving Marketing, VIP, CRM, Payments, Anti-Fraud, and Design
- Support strategic product planning and assist executive leadership in shaping long-term product direction
- Ensure that product workflows, feature implementations, and platform operations run smoothly without blocking business processes
- Optimize internal processes and introduce frameworks that improve delivery speed, communication, and transparency across teams
- Review UX/UI decisions in collaboration with Design and ensure consistent product quality and brand alignment
- Analyze competitor landscapes and emerging industry trends to keep our product suite modern and competitive
- Act as the primary decision-maker for operational product matters, reducing bottlenecks and enabling faster execution across the organization
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product in the iGaming industry (required)
- Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook funnels, retention mechanics, gamification, payments, KYC, and bonus systems
- Exceptional operational and organizational skills — ability to manage multiple product tracks simultaneously
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex product initiatives
- Ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements and prioritization frameworks
- Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards and product KPIs such as conversion, retention, ARPU, LTV, and product performance metrics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across departments
- A proactive mindset with the ability to make decisions independently and solve problems quickly
- High attention to detail and commitment to clean processes, documentation, and structure
- English proficiency: B2+
