Observability / Monitoring Engineer (SRE) $$$$ Offline

We’re looking for an Observability / Monitoring Engineer (SRE)

💻 Core responsibilities / tech stack:
• Observability, alerting & monitoring
• Data analysis & visualization
• New Relic – dashboards, metrics, logs, traces, events
• Elasticsearch + Kibana – log indexing, queries, dashboards, alerts
• Correlating logs across MES / Linux / SQL Server
• Root-cause analysis & performance troubleshooting
• Threshold-based & anomaly-based alert configuration
• Incident coordination + post-mortem documentation

🛠 Required skills:
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu) administration
• Logs, services, permissions, cron jobs
• Troubleshooting performance & connectivity
• Experience with: HAProxy, ActiveMQ, GlusterFS, Redis, Sentinel, Keepalived

✨ Soft skills:
• Problem-solving & debugging mindset
• Curiosity and self-motivation
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Excellent English (spoken & written)

⭐️ Nice to have:
• MES concepts / Apriso
• Ansible (deployment automation)
• Experience in GxP environments
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
