Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

Position: Performance Marketer at K&K Media

Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine)

Format: project-based (long-term collaboration)

Working hours: Part-time 5-20 hours per week.
Flexible schedule. Core communication window: 13:00/14:00 – 22:00/00:00 (Kyiv time)

 

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager specialized in Meta and TikTok advertising. The role involves managing ad campaigns, tracking, and working with attribution models, Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, and etc.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns across Meta (primary focus: Meta Ads)
• Track performance, manage budgets, and hit ROAS/CPA targets
• Make decisions considering LTV, subscriptions, cash flow, seasonality, and overall business impact
• Analyze campaigns using a Total Impact / blended performance approach (beyond platform ROAS, including contribution to overall revenue and long-term value)
• Weekly/Monthly reports & communicate with team to optimize spend and drive growth (Calls by prior arrangement are reporting-only and occur rarely (monthly, as needed)

 

Requirements

1) Proven, hands-on experience with Meta Ads in e-commerce projects for Shopify stores with monthly budgets of $50,000+ and demonstrated scaling results

2) Experience with Tier-1 markets

3) English B2/C1+ with clear communication

4) Experience working with advanced analytics tools (Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, or similar) and understanding of Total Impact / blended performance measurement approach

5) High self-organization, ownership, and proactive mindset
 

Nice to have

• Will be a plus: practical hands-on experience running campaigns on TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Google Ads (or a solid understanding of how their performance models differ)

• Fixed monthly payment per project
• Fixed payment review and increase possible after 6–12 months of successful project performance - long-term strong results lead to higher fixed compensation
• Full-time, flexible hours. Primary communication window is 13:00/14:00–22:00/00:00 (Kyiv)
• Main client communication is handled by a project manager; however, the buyer is expected to join client calls when needed to clarify strategy or performance details. Some projects require only written communication. Projects vary in scale
• Fully remote; team primarily in Ukraine/Europe/Armenia/Azerbaijan/Georgia (English/Russian-speaking internal communication)
• Opportunity to transition to full-time engagement and grow into a Team Lead role in performance marketing
 

Selection process:

• Text screening with recruiter
• First interview with recruiter (and possibly one company representative/CEO)
• Final interview with recruiter and company founders
Depending on the situation, the interview process may consist of one or two stages. No test tasks
