Support specialist L2\L3 (Reteno)

Reteno is the messaging platform for app user retention. It’s designed to identify and retain the right users through perfectly timed and channel-optimized campaigns without developers. We help mobile teams grow their product and revenue through personalized push notifications, in-apps, emails, SMS, and more. Reteno is trusted by 300+ leading brands worldwide, including Welltech, Boosters, Reface, RetouchMe, and plenty of smaller apps that scale with us. We are currently looking for a Support specialist L2\L3.

 

From a Support Specialist L2\L3, we expect fast and effective integration of the Mobile SDK and a reduction of time when something goes wrong on the client side. Additionally, you will be required to assist with configuration when needed and verify the work of the client’s developers to ensure they are implementing everything correctly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 - Ensure fast and smooth integration of clients’ mobile applications.
- Provide technical consultations to clients.
- Communicate with Dev and QA teams to resolve clients’ issues quickly.
- Collect and systematize customer feedback.
- Translate customer needs into clear technical tasks for developers.
- Provide technical support for IT products (1–2 years of experience).
- Communicate effectively with B2B clients and development teams.
- Maintain strong focus on results.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2+ years of experience in the IT field
(preferably in QA or Support L2/L3 roles with in-depth work on mobile apps).
- Basic technical expertise and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Understanding of Agile principles.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of SDLC.
- Ability to work confidently with AI productivity tools.

 

WOULD BE A PLUS:

 - Experience working with marketing SaaS and/or e-commerce projects.
- Ability to write code or read it with understanding.
- Participation in integration-focused projects, especially involving data exchange across systems.
- Practical experience with Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Google Docs.
