Must-Haves

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python 3.10+, including modern language features and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform end-to-end requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation frameworks or internal scripting platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or cloud environments (AWS/GCP).

Key responsibilities

• Platform and solution development: Work with an internal Python-based scripting framework to enhance solution functionality, focusing on sustainability-related solutions like carbon accounting and ESG reporting.
• Collaboration and feedback: Work with product, data, and other teams to integrate solutions, gathering client and partner feedback to guide ongoing development.
• Extend existing automation functionality and contribute to the continuous improvement of the scripting framework.
