Senior/Middle+ Flutter Developer

Job Summary:

We are eclipt.ai - more than just a mobile & web development agency. Our main focus is mobile and web applications development and support for various business sectors for over six years. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of software solutions, from small crypto signals apps to projects with IoT and Generative AI integration.

We're scaling our Flutter team and looking for a developer who treats AI agents as a first-class part of their workflow. You will own feature delivery end-to-end, orchestrate your own team of AI agents, review their output, and partner with the COO and Tech Lead on scoping and planning. If you haven't worked with a multi-agent setup yet but want to learn - we'll show you how.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver Flutter features end-to-end on production apps, from scoping to App Store / Google Play release
- Orchestrate your own team of AI agents (Claude Code + Paperclip) - prompt, review, iterate
- Review code produced by AI agents and teammates before it reaches the main branch
- Partner with the COO and Tech Lead on sprint planning, estimates and breakdowns
- Maintain clean Flutter + Firebase architecture across long-running projects
- Communicate progress and blockers proactively in async and sync formats

Role profile:

- 3+ years of production Flutter experience with apps shipped to App Store and/or Google Play
- Strong Firebase experience (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, FCM)
- Hands-on experience creating Firebase Cloud Functions
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, or willingness to get fluent in it within the first 2 weeks (we onboard you on multi-agent setups and Paperclip)
- Able to critically review AI-generated code - spot hallucinations, over-engineering, bad patterns
- Project management mindset: can estimate, scope and break down features without being walked through
