๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment (preferably customer support/outsourcing)

 

โœ… Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter in customer support or outsourcing
  • Familiarity with mass recruitment and handling multiple positions simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Proficient with ATS, sourcing tools, job boards, and social media
  • Understanding of customer support roles and required skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented

     

๐ŸŽฏ Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for customer support and other roles in Ukraine and abroad
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create recruitment strategies
  • Use multiple channels: job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with managers and participate as needed
  • Maintain ATS and candidate data accurately
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Work with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding
