3+ years of experience in project management in IT
Experience in managing complex engineering projects
Hands on experience in establishing Scrum processes & applying the best process approach that fits project needs
People management experience, knowledge of working with cross geo teams
Fluent English, excellent communication and presentation skills
Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative

Job Responsibilities

Managing 3 small engineering teams pods (up to 20 engineers in total) with people located in different geos - US, CEE, India, Latam.
Responsible for overall engineering team performing and successful delivery according to requirements (scope, quality and timeline)
People management and staffing
Procurement of needed resources (licences, environments, accesses, etc.)

AI Agents for industrial equipment maintenance and management. An AI-based solution for field service engineers who perform maintenance and equipment tuning, and setup. The solution covers a wide range of use cases, including predictive maintenance, inventory management automation, work schedule management and planning.
