Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Manager (Mid-Level)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Manager who can own entire performance marketing operation end-to-end: strategy, campaign management, optimization, analytics, funnel building, tracking, and continuous performance improvement. This role requires full independence, strong analytical thinking, deep channel expertise, and the ability to connect performance decisions to real business outcomes. This is a part-time position with room to grow, approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Performance Strategy
- Develop a full-funnel strategy for a SaaS product.
- Plan and manage TOF / MOF / BOF journeys.
- Adapt messaging and creatives per funnel stage.
- Define budgets, audiences, and measurement frameworks.
Market, Audience & Keyword Analysis โ Required
- Conduct competitor and market analysis (messaging, funnels, positioning).
- Perform ICP and audience behavioral analysis.
- Run keyword research for Google campaigns and landing pages.
- Analyze user intent and decision stages.
- Study competitor ads and funnels for insights.
- Apply research insights to improve targeting, messaging, creatives, and funnels.
Campaign Management
Required platforms:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
Including:
- Mandatory remarketing across all channels
- High-quality Lookalike Audience creation
- Daily optimization and creative iteration
- Performance-driven ad and audience testing
Data, Analytics & Measurement
- Analyze KPIs: CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, Pipeline contribution.
- Expert use of GA4 (required) for user behavior and funnel insights.
- Produce actionable performance reports.
- Conduct basic attribution analysis.
- Build dashboards using Looker Studio / Power BI.
Tracking & CRO
- Conceptual understanding of GTM for SaaS tracking design.
- Technical implementation of GTM tags, triggers, and conversions.
- Run A/B tests on: Ads, Audiences, Creatives, Landing Pages (CRO)
- Identify drop-offs and improve conversion performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to produce data-driven variations.
- Collaborate with Product to refine lead quality and user messaging.
Must-Have Requirements
Performance Expertise
- 3โ5 years as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer.
- Full proficiency across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Proven Remarketing and Lookalike Audience experience.
- Basic technical & strategic SEO knowledge.
- High proficiency in GA4 โ required.
- Technical GTM implementation skills (tags, triggers, conversions).
- A/B testing across ads and landing pages.
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics.
Mindset & Work Style
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to own the entire performance domain independently.
- Understanding how performance decisions impact CAC and pipeline.
- Good English communication.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in B2B / SaaS.
- Dashboard creation in Looker Studio / Power BI.
- Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools.
- Basic collaboration experience with Product and Creative teams.
- Experience in defining ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and building Messaging Frameworks.
- Ability to conduct deep Messaging Analysis and competitive value-proposition mapping.
- Knowledge of Keyword Clustering methods for structuring campaigns and landing pages.
- Strong UTM Structuring skills for clean, scalable performance tracking.
- Experience building KPI Frameworks and measurement models for performance reporting.
- Basic understanding of Data Layer structure and implementation in GTM.
- Ability to design cross-channel User Journeys aligned with funnel stages.
- Experience with scaling strategies (horizontal and vertical campaign scaling).
