Junior HR - People Partner or Operations Offline

🧩 What you’ll do

  • Maintain and update HR documentation: contracts, NDAs, agreements, amendments, annexes.
  • Support payroll preparation: collecting data, tracking changes, verifying hours, vacation balance, sick leaves.
  • Maintain internal databases: records, personnel files, contractor tracking.
  • Keep HR policies, guidelines, and templates up to date.
  • Track vacation days, sick days, business trips and ensure accuracy.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding: checklists, access requests, welcome flow, exit procedures.
  • Conduct basic 1:1 check-ins with employees (optional).
  • Assist employees with operational questions: travel support, documents, process clarifications.
  • Work with HR Lead on engagement, surveys, probation support.
  • Maintain HRIS / ClickUp structures (workflows, automations, forms).


🧠 What you bring

  • 1–2 years of HR experience in IT or digital/startup companies.
  • Strong attention to detail, structure, and accuracy.
  • Ability to independently manage recurring operational tasks.
  • Basic understanding of payroll inputs and HR workflows.
  • English B1–B2, enough for internal communication.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment.


💎 Nice to have

  • Experience configuring or administering HRIS systems — major plus.
  • Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar operational tools.
  • Understanding of contractor vs FTE processes (EU or global).
  • Interest in scaling HR operations in a young tech company.
