Marketing Analyst

We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

• Nebula is #1 in its niche in terms of downloads and revenue targets;

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our marketing analytics.
 

Your impact:

• Set up and maintain audience and placement analytics, including target lists, ensuring data readiness for informed marketing decision-making.
• Analyze remarketing performance, audience overlap and cannibalization across products, funnels and media sources to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecast user LTV for subscription-based and transactional monetization models to support efficient budget allocation and growth planning.
• Translate insights into clear business recommendations for marketing and product teams and stakeholders, influencing budget allocation and growth strategy.
• Develop and automate data processes within the audience analytics domain, ensuring scalability and reliability of reporting and analytical tools.
   

About you:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in analytics;
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and basic statistics for performance evaluation.
• Analytical thinking: forming hypotheses, assessing impact of changes.
• Ability to transform data into clear recommendations and communicate insights to marketing and business stakeholders.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  
  Nice to Have
• Experience with A/B testing or other experimentation methodologies.
• Python / pandas for automation and advanced ad-hoc analysis.
• Basic understanding of ETL/ELT workflows and collaboration with data engineering teams.
