Middle Python Developer with AI/ML Experience to $3000

🟠 Details: we are looking for a Middle Python Developer with AI/ML Experience to help build a new AI module for an enterprise innovation management platform. You will develop a standalone AI service that powers idea collection, generation, and analysis, and integrate it into the existing .NET/React product. This role involves working closely with the founder and the internal engineering team to shape the platform's AI layer.

🟠 About the project: our client is developing a modern SaaS platform for enterprise innovation management that helps organizations collect, evaluate, and scale ideas across teams. The company is now building a dedicated AI module to automate idea generation, structure employee feedback, and surface actionable insights.

🟠 Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Python for backend and AI development.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines and production-level AI service architecture.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating AI components into existing systems.
• Solid understanding of information extraction, validation, and LLM-driven dialog flows.
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team and deliver end-to-end solutions.

🟠 Would be a plus:

• Basic understanding of React, useful for smooth frontend integration.
• Experience deploying AI services in cloud environments (any provider).

🟠 Responsibilities:

• Build a standalone AI API/service consumed by the main .NET/React application.
• Develop an LLM-powered chat flow to collect, clarify, and structure employee ideas.
• Implement generative features that produce new ideas or business use cases based on company context and industry trends.
• Integrate the AI module with the existing product, ensuring stable communication and predictable performance.
• Handle model selection, prompt design, and optimize API usage for accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation for the AI module and support smooth handover to the engineering team.
