LinkedIn Lead Generation Manager to $800 Offline

We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Manager who will take full ownership of outbound lead generation, manage LinkedIn communication, and build a predictable flow of qualified leads for our IT outsourcing company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
  • Build targeted lead lists, qualify prospects, and track pipeline activity
  • Write personalized outreach messages (no automation blasts)
  • Keep CRM clean and updated
  • Communicate with potential leads: first touch, follow-ups, nurturing
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
  • Research markets, ICPs, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to refine strategies

Requirements

  • 1βˆ’3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or SDR role
  • Experience in IT outsourcing or IT services sales
  • Strong English (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience running LinkedIn outbound campaigns
  • Understanding of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, SPICED, CHAMP, etc.)
  • Skilled at writing tailored messages and handling objections
  • Experience working with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or similar
  • CRM management experience
  • Result-oriented mindset and ability to hit KPIs consistently

Nice to Have

  • Experience in email outreach
  • Experience with AI Chat/Voice Bots (VAPI, Retell, ElevenLabs)
  • Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
  • Basic qualification call experience
