HEAD OF CRM (iGaming продукт) $$$$ Offline
We are an international iGaming product within a large holding company (2500+ employees worldwide), a startup inside a big ecosystem.
Our team is all about high speed, minimal bureaucracy, lots of freedom, and responsibility for results. We build processes from scratch, make important decisions quickly, and aren’t afraid to influence the product.
We are currently strengthening our team and looking for a Head of CRM who can build the CRM function and team from the ground up.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing the CRM strategy for all markets and player segments;
- Building and managing a team of CRM specialists: planning, task setting, KPI control;
- Creating and optimizing omnichannel communications (email, push, SMS, onsite);
- Setting up and managing trigger flows (welcome flow, retention, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP flows);
- Conducting regular analysis of campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, impact on ARPU, LTV, and retention);
- Implementing personalization and segmentation via CDP/ESP;
- Working closely with marketing, product, VIP, BI, and analytics teams to deliver integrated CRM campaigns;
- Taking full responsibility for the brand’s retention direction (retention, reactivation, churn-prevention);
- Managing bonus mechanics (bonuses, promotions, special offers) together with product and marketing;
Defining requirements for CRM tools, selecting platforms, and participating in integrations.
What we expect from the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM manager / email marketer in iGaming;
- 1+ year of team management experience in a Lead / Head role;
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (Customer.io, Fasttrack, Solitics or similar);
- Strong skills in segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel flows;
- Experience automating campaigns across all stages of the user lifecycle;
- Experience managing domain reputation and email deliverability;
- Good knowledge of retention metrics (CRR, Churn, Reactivation Rate, LTV);
- Understanding of product metrics (ARPU, DAU, MAU);
- Knowledge of communication metrics (OR, CTOR, Delivery, Unsubscribe, etc.);
- Experience with A/B testing and result analysis;
- Data-driven decision-making;
- Systematic, attentive, structured, and result-oriented mindset;
English — B2 and higher.
