🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and development teams to collect, formalize, and communicate requirements, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business goals.
 

🔹 Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the team
• Conduct sessions to clarify business problems, goals, and context
• Gather, analyze, and structure information via interviews, document review, observations, and data analysis
• Prepare business and functional requirements documentation
• Support tasks throughout their entire lifecycle — from requirement gathering to final acceptance
   

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to decompose complex business processes
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients
• Ability to write clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
• System thinking — ability to see dependencies between requirements and business goals
• English — B2
   

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience in E-commerce domain
• Understanding of e-commerce processes: checkout, payments, shipping, inventory, order management, returns
