This is a long-term full-time position for a Strong Senior Full‑Stack Developer within the core team of a successful AI startup. The company offers a stable,
long-term engagement (potentially several years). The tech stack is React/Next.js with
TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js (TypeScript) on the backend. The developer must
have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and leadership capabilities,
enabling them to take on additional responsibilities beyond core development. The current
pricing for this role already reflects the required leadership competencies.

Current Stage of the Company

The startup has successfully completed a $7M seed round. The product is already in
production with paying customers, built on a strong technological foundation, and rapidly
scaling within the AI and high education (universities) industry.

Main challenges:
• Full‑stack feature ownership with strong emphasis on frontend development
(React/Next.js + TypeScript, Shadcn).
• Backend development using Node.js (TypeScript), TRPC (strong advantage), UNO
(advantage), or common frameworks such as Express / Fastify / NestJS.
• Working with Drizzle ORM (strong advantage). Prisma or TypeORM are acceptable.
• Working in a monorepo environment (pnpm – strong advantage).
• Working with GCP , Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform, etc.) – strong advantage.
• Contributing to product UX/UI (strong advantage).
• Communicating frequently with product managers and founders — high English level is a
must.

Collaboration Process

1. End‑to‑End Feature Development
• Clarify scope with team lead
• Explore codebase, plan integration and testing
• Implement independently (frontend + backend)
2. Working with Senior Engineers on Larger Epics
• Collaborate inside monorepo structure
• Participate in system‑design discussions
• Implement tasks using React/Next.js, Node.js, TRPC, Drizzle, GCP , etc.
