UX/UI / Product Designer $$ Offline

We at Cre8 Team are looking for a skilled Product / UX/UI designer to join the product design team, and you might be the perfect fit!
 

👍 It will be a perfect match if you have:

• At least 1 year of proven experience working specifically in UI/UX or Product Team.
• Strong commercial experience designing interfaces for Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.
• A portfolio with real commercial projects (please be ready to share Figma source files during the call).
• Deep knowledge of Figma components, variants, variables, auto-layouts, plugins, and prototyping.
• Confident Design System user with proven experience creating and maintaining Design Systems from scratch.
• Experience working with business and technical documentation, as well as writing clear design documentation.
• Active user of AI tools to enhance productivity (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Grok, etc.).
• Strong focus on user experience with hands-on experience in UX Research and interface testing (User testing, usability studies).
• Strong understanding of design best practices and principles.
• Strong ability to present design solutions and communicate effectively with decision-makers.
• English - Upper-Intermediate level (Advanced/Fluent is a big advantage).
• Self-organization, result-orientation, self-motivation, open-mindedness, and proactivity.
• A passion for learning new things and self-improvement.

👌 Also, it would be great if you had something from the list below:

• Experience working in MilTech, DefenceTech, and/or iGaming.
• Experience designing interfaces for various high-resolution screens (FullHD, 2K, 4K).
• Understanding of popular mechanics in computer and console games.
• Experience in the development of digital tools.
• Experience with tools like Lovable, V0, Relume, Bolt.new, etc.
• Experience with Lottie animations.
