Chief Product Officer (CPO) $$$ Offline
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Product Officer (CPO) with a strong focus on the DACH region. This role combines Product Ownership and Growth leadership, with full responsibility for shaping and scaling our product specifically for German-speaking markets.
You will manage the full product lifecycle, drive regional product-market fit, oversee brand performance, and directly influence marketing, operations, retention, and overall business results in the DACH region.
You’ll work closely with the founders and central teams, with full ownership and freedom to execute.
Your Responsibilities
Product & Business Ownership (DACH Focus)
• Own P&L, product performance, KPI delivery, and daily operations for the DACH region.
• Optimize localized conversion funnels, UX flows, bonus mechanics, and player journeys tailored to DACH preferences.
• Lead acquisition, activation, and promotion strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Collaborate on VIP operations with a focus on DACH player segments.
• Manage product initiatives and integrations with third-party tools.
• Report directly to founders on regional product performance and growth progress.
Retention & CRM Management
• Build, lead, and develop the regional Retention team.
• Create and optimize CRM and retention campaigns tailored to DACH player behavior and regulatory requirements.
• Set up automated, personalized communication flows based on user data (Customer.io or similar).
• Launch regional promo campaigns driving repeat deposits and ongoing activity.
• Analyze campaign KPIs, produce reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to align retention strategy for the DACH region.
• Gather and process player feedback to improve the localized experience.
Who You Are
• 4+ years in iGaming in roles such as CPO, Product Owner, Brand Manager, Country Manager, or Growth Lead.
• Mandatory experience working with the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Experience with Curacao-licensed operators or similar frameworks.
• Strong business ownership mindset with user-centric product thinking.
• Deep knowledge of online casino, DACH player psychology, and acquisition & retention funnels.
• 4+ years of hands-on CRM/Retention experience (Customer.io).
• Leadership, analytical thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, independent, and highly results-driven.
Bonus Points
• Track record scaling brands specifically in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
• Hands-on experience in VIP, Creative, CRM, Product, or Growth roles.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and LTV optimization.
