Backend Engineer $$$$ Offline

About Us

We are looking for an experienced  Backend Engineer to join our team and work on developing and maintaining high-quality applications. You will work with a modern tech stack, build scalable solutions, and implement best development practices. 

Technologies used in the project:
Kubernetes, GitLab CI, Ansible, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, PHP, Python, Node.js, ClickHouse, Kafka, Graylog, InfluxDB, MongoDB, PHP 8.3, Symfony ^6.4, Yii2.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality PHP applications using the Symfony framework
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for various business requirements
• Work with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) for asynchronous processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Optimize application performance using caching strategies (Redis)
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker containers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• PHP 8.0+ — Strong proficiency in modern PHP development
• Symfony — Extensive experience with the Symfony framework
• RabbitMQ — Knowledge of message queuing and asynchronous processing
• Apache Kafka — Experience with distributed streaming platforms
• REST API — Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful services
• Docker — Experience in containerization and deployment
• Redis — Experience in caching and data structure storage
• 3+ years of experience in PHP development
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Yii2 framework
