What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of real-world software development experience (startup/scale-up experience is a strong plus).
• Mandatory: hands-on experience with Node.js + TypeScript in production.
• Big plus: experience with Java + Spring Boot, or willingness to learn it.
• Big plus: DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, cloud, monitoring), but not required.
• Big plus: experience working on systems serving millions of users or operating at large scale.
• Experience with scalable, distributed, or high-load systems is a bonus.

Tech Skills

• Strong:

What You’ll Do

Backend Development (Primary Focus)

• Develop and maintain backend services in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Contribute to the transition toward Java + Spring Boot.
• Build scalable APIs, backend workflows, and distributed components.
• Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code.

DevOps & Cloud (Secondary, but important)

• Deploy and operate containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Enhance monitoring and observability.

AI-Driven Engineering

• Use AI tools to:
  • accelerate development
  • automate infra tasks
  • generate tests and configs
  • debug and prototype solutions

Collaboration

• Work closely with backend and infra engineers.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and planning.
• Suggest improvements to performance, reliability, and workflows.
