Our Customer:
A stealth-mode US company developing a next-generation one-stop-shop digital agent for investment brokers. The platform aims to automate the entire operational chain in the brokerage ecosystem — from the main investment broker down to all back-office operations — replacing manual workflows with intelligent, scalable systems. The team is currently working on several early-stage projects and actively expanding their engineering capabilities.

Your tasks:

  • Develop and maintain core backend services using Python.
  • Work closely with the co-founder on his technical backlog and collaborate on high-impact product tasks.
  • Implement integrations, business logic, and data pipelines that power the core platform.
  • Contribute to frontend development in React (smaller part of the scope).
  • Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and services.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks — from design and implementation to deployment and support.
  • Ensure code quality, clarity, and effective communication across the team.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python (primary focus of the role).
  • Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2 or similar).
  • Experience with React.
  • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with founders/stakeholders.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.

 

Would be a plus:

  • Experience building early-stage or MVP-oriented products.
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with financial or investment platforms.

 

Working conditions:

  • Remote work;
  • 5-day working week, 8-hour working day, flexible schedule.
