HR Business Partner

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Experience in iGaming.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and organizational dynamics.
  • Proven experience in change management and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with leadership teams to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Support managers in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cases.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Lead or support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to optimize hiring needs and ensure high-quality recruitment.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
  • Coach managers on effective leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Drive HR projects and support company-wide initiatives related to culture, learning, well-being, and DEI.
