Middle/Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Recruiter to strengthen our team and help us attract top talent to Softsich 🚀
Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Candidate Attraction:
- Active talent sourcing across Retention and Operations roles (VIP/CRM/Support/Sales/PSP and other functions) via professional platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, job boards, social media, forums, etc.)
- Managing applications and responses across different platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, Work.ua, Robota.ua, etc.).
- Creating shortlists of candidates according to role requirements (development, marketing, analytics).
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
- Developing and implementing creative strategies to engage passive candidates.
- Working with ATS (PeopleForce).
Selection Process:
- Conducting video interviews for initial candidate screening.
- Evaluating candidates’ technical, professional, and cultural fit.
- Organizing and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Close cooperation with hiring managers to understand business needs and position specifics.
- Providing recommendations on market salaries, trends, and candidate expectations.
- Regular communication on search status and candidate progress.
Recruitment Process Development:
- Optimizing recruitment processes to improve hiring quality.
- Developing search and hiring strategies aligned with the market.
Employer Branding:
- Enhancing the company’s employer brand.
- Participating in talent attraction events (webinars, conferences, meetups).
- Creating content for social media (LinkedIn) to present the company as a top employer.
Hiring & Onboarding Support:
- Guiding candidates through all stages of the recruitment process until onboarding.
- Conducting offer negotiations and aligning employment conditions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly tracking and analyzing recruitment processes.
- Preparing reports for management/hiring managers on recruitment performance.
- Conducting labor market and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Marketing or related domains).
- Experience working with ATS systems (PeopleForce is a strong advantage)
- Hiring experience in Retention and Operations roles (VIP Account Managers, CRM Managers, Customer Support, Sales, PSP, etc.).
- English level that allows confident written and verbal communication with candidates.
- Deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle — from briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Ability to build and adjust sourcing strategies according to business priorities.
- Skills in collecting and analyzing recruiting metrics that reflect performance and impact hiring results.
