We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to strengthen our team and help us attract top talent to Softsich 🚀
Responsibilities:
Sourcing & talent acquisition
- Active sourcing of talent for external clients in Marketing, User Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, Sales and other business functions via LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards and social media.
- Boolean search and creative sourcing strategies.
- Managing inbound applications and communicating with candidates on behalf of the client.
- Building high-quality shortlists aligned with client requirements
- Maintaining an up-to-date and structured candidate database.
- Engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns
- Working in ATS (PeopleForce) with full SLA and data quality compliance.
Selection & candidate assessment
- Conducting initial interviews (screenings).
- Preparing structured recommendations for clients.
- Assessing professional, functional and cultural fit.
- Coordinating all further stages with the client’s team.
- Managing all candidate touchpoints throughout the process.
Client collaboration (Hiring Managers)
- Partnering with clients to clarify needs, expectations and priorities.
- Providing expert insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks and candidate profiles.
- Regular communication on statuses, risks and search results.
- Managing and aligning client expectations.
Recruitment process development & optimization
- Improving sourcing and hiring processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Developing tailored sourcing strategies for different client types and markets.
Hiring process support
- Ensuring strong candidate experience at every stage.
- Guiding candidates through the process up to offer acceptance.
- Supporting clients in negotiations where needed.
Analytics & reporting
- Monitoring hiring project metrics and performance indicators.
- Preparing transparent and timely reports for clients and internal teams.
- Conducting labour market and competitive landscape analysis across relevant niches (Affiliate, Media Buying, Performance Marketing, etc.).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within Marketing, Affiliate, Performance, Digital or related domains.
- Experience working with ATS systems (preferably PeopleForce).
- Experience hiring affiliate managers, media buyers, performance marketing specialists, sales roles, account managers and other marketing/UA-related positions.
- English level sufficient for confident verbal and written communication with candidates.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and the specifics of working with clients in a B2B model.
- Ability to build and adjust sourcing strategies according to external client needs and their SLAs.
- Skills in collecting and analysing recruitment metrics (SLA, conversion rates, shortlist quality, TTH, etc.) that impact client collaboration outcomes.
- Experience in managing client expectations and maintaining professional communication with external stakeholders.
