Talent Sourcer/Researcher

We are looking for a Middler Talent Sourcer/Researcher to strengthen our team and help us attract top talent to Softsich ๐
Responsibilities:
- Active sourcing of candidates within Retention and Operations (VIP Account Managers, CRM Specialists, Customer Support, Sales, PSP, Anti-Fraud and others) via LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou and additional platforms, using Boolean searches and creative sourcing strategies.
- Managing incoming applications on relevant platforms and maintaining timely communication with candidates.
- Building high-quality shortlists aligned with requirements for roles within the Retention & Operations segment.
- Conducting initial outreach: LinkedIn campaigns, email campaigns and other channels for candidate engagement.
- Collaboration with recruiters: contributing to sourcing strategy development, clarifying candidate profiles and aligning priorities.
- Continuous updating and maintenance of the candidate database, working in ATS (PeopleForce) in line with internal standards.
- Providing regular reports on sourcing results, candidate statuses and overall sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 1.5โ3 years of experience in sourcing or 1โ1.5 years in recruitment (preferably within Retention, Operations or related domains in product companies).
- Experience in active candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou and other professional platforms.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, X-ray search, filtering techniques and other sourcing methods.
- Experience working with roles such as VIP, CRM, Retention, Customer Support, Sales, PSP, Anti-Fraud, KYC (one or several directions).
- Experience working with an ATS (preferably PeopleForce) and managing candidate pipelines.
- Skills in initiating and maintaining first-contact communication with candidates: LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, messengers.
- English level sufficient for professional communication (primarily written).
