Head of Lead Generation (Upwork) $$ Offline
We at DataOx are looking for an experienced Head of Lead Generation who can manage the Upwork Lead Generation team, build systematic processes, strengthen the team, and ensure a stable and predictable flow of high-quality leads.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of lead generation experience specifically on Upwork
— 1+ year in a managerial/lead role
— Experience managing a team of 3+ people
— Deep understanding of Upwork mechanics, rules, and best practices
— English: Upper-Intermediate+
— Experience hiring, onboarding, and training team members
— Strong analytical mindset, systematic approach, proactivity, and high responsibility
Nice to Have:
— Experience working in an IT outsourcing company
— Experience with with alternative platforms (Fiverr, Toptal, etc.)
— Experience with lead generation automation tools
Key Responsibilities:
— Build and optimize lead generation strategies on Upwork
— Manage and develop the LeadGen team: tasks, KPIs, quality control
— Deliver monthly targets for qualified leads
— Analyze performance and run A/B tests to improve results
— Research competitors and market trends
— Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure an aligned approach to potential clients
— Hire, onboard, and train new team members
