Affiliate Manager

We are currently looking for a strong Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for finding and attracting new affiliates, managing and activating partners, managing offers and promotional materials, negotiating terms, analyzing traffic quality and KPIs, participating in industry events, and preparing reports — all to improve the effectiveness of the affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Searching for and attracting new affiliates.
• Managing existing partners and increasing their activity.
• Preparing and managing offers, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Negotiating and agreeing on terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Analyzing traffic quality, monitoring KPIs (FTD, ROI, retention).
• Participating in industry conferences and online communities.
• Preparing reports and proposals for improving efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming.
• Understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models and their economics.
• Communication, negotiation, and long-term partnership building skills.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Ability to analyze metrics and work with affiliate platforms (Affilka, Income Access, MyAffiliates, etc.).
