Mobile Product Manager to $3000

Looking for a Marketing Manager who will drive growth, improve funnel performance, lead ASO, and strengthen positioning across all channels.

The product has been on the market for 14+ years, holds top positions in the U.S. App Store in its category, processes 100,000+ photos daily, and recently ran influencer campaigns with 1.3M+ and 1.6M+ views.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 2+ years in marketing/growth for mobile B2C apps (iOS)
  • Strong experience with A/B testing (onboarding, paywalls, flows)
  • Practical ASO expertise (metadata, creatives, CPPs, store experiments)
  • Understanding of UA channels: ASA, Google, Meta, TikTok
  • Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer / Adjust)
  • Confident with Firebase, GA4, Amplitude or Mixpanel

 

Nice to Have

  • Basic Figma skills (wireframes, small edits)
  • Understanding of how to brief dev/design teams for full-funnel experiments

 

Your Responsibilities

1. Growth & Funnel Management

Lead and execute the full growth funnel:

awareness β†’ store β†’ install β†’ onboarding β†’ monetization.

Define ICPs, segmentation, value propositions, messaging hierarchy.

Drive roadmap execution and report on funnel KPIs.

 

2. Communication & Positioning

Develop and maintain consistent messaging across:

ads β†’ app store β†’ onboarding β†’ paywalls β†’ product updates.

Prepare creative briefs, storytelling angles, value-driven narratives.

 

3. User Acquisition Operations

Work with UA channels and agencies:

Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok.

Coordinate targeting, creatives, testing plans, budgets.

Ensure accurate tracking via MMPs and align data with BI/Finance.

 

4. ASO & Store Optimization

Manage the full store presence:

keyword research, metadata updates, screenshots, videos, Custom Product Pages, seasonal creatives, App Store Events / In-App Events, rating improvement initiatives.

 

5. Research & Insights

Collect insights from reviews, tickets, surveys, UGC.

Analyze competitors’ flows, paywalls, pricing, ads, and creative strategies.

Document experiments, learning, playbooks and analyze cohort behavior & LTV.
