Zeely enables businesses of any size — especially small business owners and solopreneurs — to easily create UGC videos, static creatives, and high-performing Facebook/Instagram ads through a simple iOS/Android/web platform. After a short onboarding, our AI analyzes the user’s niche, generates ready-to-use creatives, and launches end-to-end ad campaigns, eliminating the need for agencies or marketing expertise.

About the role: The core mission of this role is to drive conversions from free to paid users and help more businesses succeed with Zeely.

Work schedule:
This role operates on a shift-based schedule. At the moment, the available shift is 23:00–08:00 (Kyiv time).
 

Before you start working independently, there will be a 2-week paid training period (10:00–19:00).
During this time, you'll have daily lessons, sessions with a coach, and access to a large library of training materials. We provide full context and support to ensure you feel confident in the role and become part of the team from day one.

You will take on the following responsibilities & challenges:

  • Consult inbound users coming from ads via chat and ticket-based support, guide them through the product, and convert these conversations into paid subscriptions.
  • Analyze user needs and experience, identify opportunities for improvement, and share insights with the product team.
  • Become a true product expert, staying fully up-to-date on new features, releases, and improvements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, including lead conversion and other key targets.
  • Track key sales metrics, report progress, and continuously analyze performance to refine sales strategies and tactics.
     

What you need to join us:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales Manager).
  • Experience in B2C sales (even basic) — ideally within a marketing agency, tech company, or SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising landscape in English-speaking markets, preferably with hands-on experience in the US market.
  • Experience working with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and sales tools.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to consistently meet KPIs.
  • Solid knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and consultative selling.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide value-driven support.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
