Game Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Casino Games Manager to join our iGaming product team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing casino game content, testing and troubleshooting games, and coordinating with providers and internal teams. Your work will directly impact the quality of our game portfolio and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Game Content Management

• Add new games to the website and ensure their full functionality and availability
• Monitor, update, and manage game content according to market trends
• Optimize game placement and visibility to improve user experience

Game Testing

• Test games on both desktop and mobile platforms
• Identify and document bugs or technical issues, and communicate them to the tech team

Provider Communication

• Collaborate with game providers and aggregators on integrations, promotions, and content delivery
• Discuss discounts, promotional campaigns, and other content-related topics
• Handle operational issues and game-related incidents

Game Configuration

• Upload game covers and visuals
• Manage RTP settings and technical parameters
• Promote selected games to top categories to increase visibility

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the retention team to plan and launch promotional campaigns
• Ensure proper integration of games into marketing activities
• Contribute to improving user engagement and retention

Requirements

• Experience in online casino operations or game content management
• Good understanding of game providers and iGaming platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate and higher will be a great plus
