Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and growing VIP clients.
  • Build an effective system for segmenting and supporting players.
  • Create personalized offers, promotions, and bonus programs for the VIP segment.
  • Build and manage the VIP department: hiring, training, motivating, and supervising managers.
  • Work with analytics: regularly analyze customer activity, ARPU, LTV, Churn Rate, deposit depth, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to coordinate campaigns and offers.
  • Organize and oversee online and offline events for VIP players.
  • Ensure a high level of 24/7 customer service.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position as Head of VIP Retention in an online casino.
  • Deep understanding of VIP client psychology and motivation.
  • Experience in building and managing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
