Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and growing VIP clients.
- Build an effective system for segmenting and supporting players.
- Create personalized offers, promotions, and bonus programs for the VIP segment.
- Build and manage the VIP department: hiring, training, motivating, and supervising managers.
- Work with analytics: regularly analyze customer activity, ARPU, LTV, Churn Rate, deposit depth, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to coordinate campaigns and offers.
- Organize and oversee online and offline events for VIP players.
- Ensure a high level of 24/7 customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position as Head of VIP Retention in an online casino.
- Deep understanding of VIP client psychology and motivation.
- Experience in building and managing a team.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
