Job Description

• 2+ years of hands-on Android development experience
• Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with modern Android development practices
• Practical experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or readiness to strengthen expertise in this area
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good analytical thinking and a reliable, structured approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in English, including the ability to communicate with international teams and clients

Job Responsibilities

• Build UI flows and components based on UX specifications
• Implement BLE connection, scanning, and data exchange basics
• Support secure data handling and log uploading
• Help maintain MVVM architecture, coroutines, and flows
• Work with senior developers on background reliability and MDM constraints
• Write unit tests and assist with integration testing

Our client is an innovative manufacturer of medical devices in the United States that produces devices and software applications.
You will implement UI screens and BLE functionality for a mobile gateway application used in a wearable cardiac monitoring platform. The app runs under MDM control, communicates securely with a cardiac patch, and uploads encrypted data.
