Because we’re scaling fast, we’re hiring a Video Editor who can turn UGC content into high-converting Meta ads that win consistently. If you want to work on high-paced, high-quality content that actually drives results, this is your role.

Mission of this Role

Your mission is simple but not easy:

Edit UGC ads that perform at Champions League level.

Within your first 12 months, you must consistently deliver:

  • 4+ batches per week (1 batch = 3 videos × 5 hook variations)
  • < 12H turnarounds on internal feedback
  • Max 2 revision rounds per batch
  • < 1 repeated feedback per 14 days
  • Perfect planning execution (no missed deadlines)
  • High collaboration quality with strategists and PMs

Your edits are a direct revenue driver for our clients. Quality = impact.

 

Your Responsibilities

High-Performance Video Editing

  • Edit UGC ads based on Creative Strategist briefings
  • Craft clean storytelling, strong pacing, and scroll-stopping hooks
  • Implement subtitles, graphics, transitions, and brand tone with precision
  • Add your own creative polish while respecting the brief

Reliability & Speed

  • Deliver 1 batch per day
  • Turn around revisions within 12 hours
  • Maintain structured project files (Premiere Pro)

Communication & Ownership

  • Work in Asana with flawless task tracking
  • Give morning updates (“here’s what I’m doing today”)
  • Send EOD reports (“here’s what I delivered today”)
  • Flag problems early (bad footage, missing assets, unclear briefs)
  • Proactively communicate with Project Managers & Creator Sourcing

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Strategists, PMs, and Editors inside your Pod
  • Help maintain our high-performance creative standards
  • Stay open, coachable, and detail-oriented

 

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Proven portfolio of UGC ad edits (e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Strong in storytelling, pacing, pattern interrupts, hooks
  • Pro in Premiere Pro (and structured file management)
  • English fluency
  • Ability to work CET hours (09:00–17:00)
  • Ability to deliver batches fast without dropping quality
  • Ownership → No excuses, no drama
  • Responsiveness → Fast comms in Slack & Asana
  • Reliability → You finish what you promise

Big Plus (not required)

  • Experience editing for DTC brands (beauty, health, supplements)
  • Knowledge of Meta ad performance patterns
  • Creative thinking beyond templates
