Project Manager (Middle)

Required Experience

• At least 1.5 years of experience in project management within an IT, digital, product, or service environment.
• Experience in Gambling will be a great plus
• 6–12 months of hands-on involvement in product-related work.
• Confident practical experience with Jira as an advanced user: creating tasks, setting up boards, filters, basic automation, and dashboards.
• Basic skills in process setup: task formulation, status tracking, checkpoints, and reporting.
• Understanding of how cross-functional teams work (development, marketing, product, analytics, finance) and how they interact.
• Knowledge of key digital/IT product concepts: backlog, release, feature, prioritization, tech debt, incidents.
• English — Intermediate+

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, structured communication (both verbal and written).
• Support project coordination and help organize the work of internal teams and involved departments.
• Keep focus on priorities and raise risks or dependencies in a timely manner.
• Ensure transparent communication between stakeholders and the team.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
• Apply systematic thinking and maintain a high-level view of the project.
• Work realistically with deadlines and expectations while staying stress-resistant.
• Identify areas where the company loses time or resources due to manual or chaotic processes.
• Participate in implementing improvements: standards, regulations, templates, dashboards.
• Assist teams in transitioning to a more structured and systematic workflow.

• Create and update basic guidelines for working with Jira and internal processes.
