Creative Marketing Manager Offline

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Creative Marketing Manager to develop and manage creative strategies for various ad channels, driving successful campaigns that achieve our business goals.

 

As a Creative Marketing Manager at Growity Tech, you will lead the creative process across multiple channels. This role requires a unique blend of ideation, content production, and data-driven analysis to continuously refine creative approaches for a global audience.

 

What’s required:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience creating user acquisition creatives and UGC content across platforms such as Facebook, Google and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher (verbal and written).
  • Effective communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of key user acquisition metrics and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proven experience in applying AI tools and automation to accelerate creative production and testing workflows.
  • Proven track record of achieving marketing KPIs

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee creative development for top ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.), generating concepts to attract and retain users.
  • Develop creative strategies and lead brainstorming sessions, refining ideas into actionable plans.
  • Create briefs for marketing designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Continuously improve creative performance through data-driven insights, launching and supporting automation tools to streamline production and testing.
  • Working closely with the User Acquisition team.
  • Analyze competitor and market activities to discover innovative and engaging creative approaches.
  • Oversee motion and graphic design projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with UGC creators to produce authentic, high-quality creatives that build trust and resonate with users.

 

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Basic familiarity with Facebook and TikTok ad management.
  • Skills in graphic and video editing tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe AE).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and tracking systems (e.g., Tableau, Excel) to inform creative decisions.
