We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Creative Marketing Manager to develop and manage creative strategies for various ad channels, driving successful campaigns that achieve our business goals.

As a Creative Marketing Manager at Growity Tech, you will lead creative process across multiple channels. This role requires a unique blend of ideation, content production, and data-driven analysis to continuously refine creative approaches for a global audience.

What’s required:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience creating user acquisition creatives and UGC content across platforms such as Facebook, Google and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher (verbal and written).
• Effective communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of key user acquisition metrics and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Proven experience in applying AI tools and automation to accelerate creative production and testing workflows.
• Proven track record of achieving marketing KPIs

What you’ll do:

• Manage and oversee creative development for top ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.), generating concepts to attract and retain users.
• Develop creative strategies and lead brainstorming sessions, refining ideas into actionable plans.
• Create briefs for marketing designers to bring ideas to life.
• Continuously improve creative performance through data-driven insights, launching and supporting automation tools to streamline production and testing.
• Working closely with the User Acquisition team.
• Analyze competitor and market activities to discover innovative and engaging creative approaches.
• Oversee motion and graphic design projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with UGC creators to produce authentic, high-quality creatives that build trust and resonate with users.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Basic familiarity with Facebook and TikTok ad management.
• Skills in graphic and video editing tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe AE).
• Knowledge of data analysis and tracking systems (e.g., Tableau, Excel) to inform creative decisions.

• AI-motion дизайн: створення відео-креативів для рекламних мереж (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads та ін.) із використанням AI-інструментів для швидкої генерації або масштабування варіацій.

Що очікуємо від тебе

• Досвід у motion-дизайні для performance-маркетингу (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Володіння After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator.
• AI-підхід: практичний досвід роботи з Veo 3 та/або Sora (буде плюсом знання Runway, Kaiber, Pika, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney).
• Креативність і стратегічне мислення: здатність швидко тестувати ітерації та знаходити сильні ідеї.
• Аналітичність: розуміння композиції, типографіки, кольорової палітри.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to drive growth across funnels, improve monetization, and align product experience with user expectations across multiple markets.

As a PMM at Growity Tech, you will own the full user journey — from acquisition to purchase and retention. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to launch experiments, optimize conversion, and scale what works.

What’s required:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization
• Strong analytical thinking
• Understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economy
• Experience working with paid traffic products
• Experience running A/B tests
• Ability to define hypotheses and measure impact

• Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis

   

What you’ll do:

• Own funnel optimization across traffic sources
• Analyze CR by stage (Start → Paywall → Checkout → Purchase)
• Run monetization experiments (upsell, pricing, cancel flows)
• Align product experience with marketing promises
• Launch and validate new funnels
• Work on LTV growth initiatives
• Collaborate with dev & QA teams on implementation
• Work with localized funnels
• Support email & retargeting flows from the product side

• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to generate growth hypotheses

   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with mobile subscription products
• Experience with funnel builders
• Experience running pricing and geo experiments
• Knowledge of LTV modeling

• Background in EdTech
